My Review:
4 Stars
Adele Parks is a new author to me. I really enjoyed this first adventure into one of her works. Intriguing domestic suspense that I've come to love so much.
Daisy is thrilled to finally her have Millie. The child she has waited for, yearned for and hoped for every day. She knows that her life isn't perfect, but she's happy enough. At least that's what she tells herself.
When secrets start to come to the surface the easy calm that Daisy has tried to create is quickly shattered. Now she's forced between what she wants to do and what's best for the life she is now responsible for.
A delve into the ugliness of marriage and the consequences of secrets.
