An engaging story that follows a young woman's grief fill return home.
Poppy left home years ago. Chasing a dream while leaving behind those she loved and cared about, some that would cost her that love forever. When she receives a call from her mother she expects the worst, but never did she think the call would be about her sister.
Upon returning home Poppy can't accept the official ruling on India's death. What they are telling her doesn't add up to who her sister was, no matter that they haven't been close in years. Poppy decides to look into India's death herself. What she discovers along the way shakes her trust in the people that she used to care about and whom she thought she new best.
A story full of twists, secrets and reveals that will have you guessing right up until the end.

This was a pretty interesting read. A mystery within a mystery.
Kaine is running. From the fear of what happened at home and to the uncertainty of ancestors long since passed. Purchasing a house in another state sight unseen. The only connection to it was the man who raised her, her grandfather.
She is then entranced and somewhat disconcerted with the history and happenings of Foster Hill House. Wanting to discover what Ivy was up to all those years ago. Wanting to find the truth behind the murder that took place and the young woman who ended up dead on the property.
A wonderful and flowing mystery.

Lisa Gardner never ceases to amaze me. Never could I tire of the stories that she writes. Look For Her is an amazing book from start to finish. I mean how could it not be with the infamous Flora Dane?
D.D. has her hands full in this latest book. Once again having to deal with the stress of the job and the demands of home life, which I can completely sympathize with her on that front. However, in true D.D fashion she handles everything like a champ.
We finally get to see what Ms. Flora Dane has been up to since we last left her. The latest thorn in D.D's side. Flora thrusts herself into the investigation and doesn't hold back. Using the skills she's developed over the years after surviving her own ordeal.
A brilliant addition to the D.D. Warren chronicles.

Sweetness can be deceptive.
Meet Hanna.
She’s the sweet-but-silent angel in the adoring eyes of her Daddy. He’s the only person who understands her, and all Hanna wants is to live happily ever after with him. But Mommy stands in her way, and she’ll try any trick she can think of to get rid of her. Ideally for good.
Meet Suzette.
She loves her daughter, really, but after years of expulsions and strained home schooling, her precarious health and sanity are weakening day by day. As Hanna’s tricks become increasingly sophisticated, and Suzette's husband remains blind to the failing family dynamics, Suzette starts to fear that there’s something seriously wrong, and that maybe home isn’t the best place for their baby girl after all.

This book was an absolutely amazing read. Creepy and suspenseful, my attention was captured throughout the entire story.
Hanna is a child that I would never want to encounter. Even if it was in the middle of a busy street, especially if it was in the middle of a busy street. A very intelligent child that is hell bent on getting her mother out of the picture.
Suzette constantly struggles with being a mother. The fact that Hanna's quirks aren't easy to deal with doesn't help her any. Her husband is blind to his daughter's antics, mostly because he's never home and when he is only wants to concentrate on good times.
A very engaging and riveting story. Would love the author to write a book taking place a year after the end of the book. I'd love to see where the characters are at and what has developed since.

This book was absolutely amazing. I am really hoping that there is going to be a sequel in the works. That ending!!!!
Vivian is one badass character. She will do anything to protect her family. Including risking everything when something hits extremely close to home.
We are taken on quiet the journey from beginning to end. Surprise twist and turns keep you very engaged and wanting to know what happens next. I was very sad to have to put the book down at any point, wanting to know how Vivian was going to deal with either the current situation or what happens next.
Would definitely recommend this book. A very great story.
