My favorite memory of Halloween is when my son Jacob was 1. He had just learned how to walk. That year was an great year for Trick or Treating too because it was super warm for Vermont.
He was dressed in a dinosaur costume, but kept telling everybody he was a dragon. We would walk house to house with him singing Trick or Treat, but the minute he was in front of somebody's door he would clam right up. As soon as the doors would shut and we would make our way back to the sidewalk he would start singing Trick or Treat again.
That is one of my most favorite memories from Halloweens past.

My favorite Halloween memory is when my daughter was around and two or three and she kept saying "Trick or Treat Have No Feet" instead of "Trick or Treat Smell My Feet."
ReplyDeleteI loved taking my son out trick or treating. He would get so excited. At age 3, he made the cutest Peter Pan ever.
ReplyDeleteWhen my daughter came home and told me she was dressing up as a vampire and when I asked her why she said because she was just like me and loved vampires. Thanks for sharing the hop and your giveaway. evamillien at gmail dot com
